Steve manages vendor relationships and has a keen R&D eye for NCV tooling and product lines. As NCV’s principal materials coordinator, Steve has his hand in label & product design, and has extensive experience writing for financial grants to keep our technology current.
Bob’s diverse background includes an MBA in horticulture and over 35 years in horticultural business. As a national sales manger for a horticulture business, his experience buying and selling all kinds of agricultural products brings a depth to his role of Sales Manager with New Christie Ventures for over 10 years.
Known by many as the “heart” of the office, Sue takes her office manager responsibilities VERY seriously! She is the office OSHA Reporting Coordinator and brings the NCV office up a notch as the primary employee relations & events coordinator.
A lifelong salesman and veteran, Mark has been specializing in plastics manufacturing sales for over 20 years. His extensive knowledge of manufacturing and degrees in organization management and history make him uniquely qualified to serve NCV’s diverse and valued clients.
Tony’s military background enables him to address production scheduling with a strong regiment; one of his biggest strengths as plant manager. He is also involved in R&D activities and has a life-long career in the plastics industry.
20 years of experience in manufacturing and extensive experience in environmental waste management provides the perfect background for Jason to get the job done in his role as Maintenance Lead.
